About Lindsey
"Being apart of the Caps' Stanley Cup run the Nats' World Series run were a career dream (I even got rings!). With District Trivia, I planned unique 'quizzo' events across the region and made a living out of entertaining people. Outside of sports video production & event planning, my passion is playing ball hockey - I started at with Temple CampusRec and have since played for the USA Women's National team (2-time silver medalist). I currently live in Arlington, VA, just outside of Washington, DC."

Favorite Memory with OwlSports Update?
"Simultaneously planning the 'Funeral of the Hawk' with the Cherry Crusade, and doing a package on it for OSU may have provided a *bit* of conflict of interest, but it was really fun to tell the story of something I had so passionately helped plan.

I also learned a lesson I still go back to from time to time - on the last day of OSU class, I was the producer on the final show of the year and it was a significant portion of our grade. Run-thrus went well, we were extremely prepared and ready to go. Then the show started and everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) that could go wrong went wrong. Utter and complete disaster. In my write up show-review, I was at a loss - what could I have done differently? I'll never forget Professor Matt Fine writing on the paper "That's TV, shit happens" and explaining that sometimes, despite your best efforts, stuff will go wrong. It's about how you react and lead your team that's important to move forward positively."
