About Tommy
"First off, Go Owls. I grew up in Lansdale outside Philly and graduated from North Penn. I got my start in this crazy business at KRCG 13 in Jefferson City/Columbia, Missouri. With a bit of lucky-timing, I was promoted to Weekend Anchor/Producer in my first 6 months. The beauty of leaving your world behind is learning what's really important. For me, it's family and friends. I did two years in the Midwest before taking a news gig at the Syracuse NBC/CBS in 2018. News is rewarding, but my passion is sports. This winter, I start anchoring & reporting sports three days a week and couldn't be happier."

Favorite Memory with OwlSports Update?
"The Temple Football 2015 season. Beating Penn State at the Linc, starting 7-0 with miracles along the way leading to College Gameday. Toledo and a little-known RB by the name of Kareem Hunt crushed us in the Boca Raton Bowl, but boy was that a great trip."
